Fly the flag high! We're coloring Grand Old Flag in September
Looking for a live class with challenge?
Art of Coloring class starts in September at Remember When Scrapbooking
What is Art of Coloring?
We're moving beyond regular coloring classes and looking in-depth at art techniques and tools which you can use to take your intermediate Copic skills to the next level.
Experienced colorers only. We will not cover basic marker skills or colored pencil solvent blending. This is a fast paced class for those who really know their stuff.
But don't let that intimidate you. If you can blend, you can do this!
Well, here's the unique part. We're not going to tread down the usual path.
For each class, I'll draw a challenging image for you to color. And we'll color it together with the best media to get the job done. That means markers, colored pencil, inks & dyes, maybe watercolor or watercolor pencils.
And along the way, I'll introduce you to a few unique tools or techniques that are kinda foreign to the craft world. Stuff that'll make your life a little easier, stuff that's fun to use, and stuff that makes your images sing.

Digi Stamp: "Grand Old Flag" by Vanilla Arts Company (hey, that's ME!)
Lesson: Folds & Waves, Complementary Shadowing, Prismacolor Blending (without Gamsol!)
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
This class was originally intended to run at our former location during June. It's simply too good to throw away! Remember, this class isn't about coloring flags, it's about coloring fabric of all types- clothing, capes, drapes, tablecloths... there are tons of stamp images with fabric so you'll use this technique constantly!
