Are you ready to learn & grow?
Taste of Vanilla is a free monthly series of mini-lessons designed to get you actively thinking about ways to improve your coloring.
Each month we explore a new art supply, technique, or mindset that will change the way you approach your projects.
Boost your confidence and learn to color independently with maturity and style!
November 2018: Soft Shadows
Why do your shadows look terrible?
Because people have mental hangups about shadows. We tend to color what we think a shadow is… and that ends up looking nothing like a real shadow.
Learn how to create soft, natural cast shadows using Amy’s favorite technique. Even if you don’t adopt this method for yourself, some of the steps and a few of the troubleshooting tips will certainly help you perfect your own technique!
Each mini-lesson will be available for about 30 days, until the launch of the next month's mini-lesson. Expired lessons are not available by request. In January 2019 I will group the first six months into a PDF package for sale in my Vanilla Stamp Shop here.
