Does it bug you when you reach for a marker just to find out the hue you’re looking for either doesn’t exist or you don’t own it?
If it hasn’t happened to you, it will when you discover you need to create this kind of green blend because Copic simply doesn’t make anything this soft and yet desaturated.
Thankfully, if you mix your V and G family markers you can create this delicate green.
It doesn’t take much to create this blend. Simply start a base coat of the first marker (V20), then follow with a coat of the second (G24) and third (G21) markers. Then allow time for the Copic ink to blend.
I recommend that you swatch colors before coloring your image. It’s a great warm up for your coloring session and builds your coloring confidence.
